The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Hollow Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

You retain ownership of content you create and input into our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use your content as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact us for refund requests.
  • Price Changes: We may change prices with notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOLLOW LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hollow Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal proceedings.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hollow Labs.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
